Simply follow the suggestions below and your ROLAND sound module should be returned to factory presets; or "reinitialized".

JD800 Press DATA TRANSFER. Use page UP and DOWN to select FACTORY PRESET, then press ENTER.
JD990 While holding EXIT, press UTILITY. Press F6 (EXECUTE) and the F5 (YES). 
JP6, JP8 NO RESET
  JP8000 While holding down the SHIFT button, press INIT/UTIL. Press INIT/UTIL again util you get INITALIZE WRITE in the screen. Use the DOWN and UP buttons to select FACTORY PRESET, then press the WRITE button. 
JP8080 Press EDIT and then Bank 7 (also labelled INIT/UTIL) several times to access "FACTORY RESET " in the display. Press DEC or INC to select ALL in the screen and then press REC followed by WRITE. 
JS30 Power on while holding down the RECORD button, located in the sequencer section. 
JS5  Press UTILITY then CURSOR (>) to "Factory Reset?". Press ENTER twice. 
JUNO 1,2,6,60,106 NO RESET
JUPITER 6, 8 NO RESET
JV1000 Power on while holding down the NUMBER 8 button (also labelled PERFORM and CAPS), press ENTER then press WRITE. 
JV1010 While in PERFORM mode, press the VOLUME KNOB and VALUE KNOB together. Turn the CATEGORY/BANK KNOB to PIANO and press the VALUE KNOB twice. 
JV1080 Press UTILITY, cursor down once, then cursor right three times to select FACTORY PRESET. Press ENTER twice, then press UTILITY. 
JV2080 Press UTILITY. Press F6 twice to select MENU 3. Press F1 and then F6 (turn the "memory protect" to OFF if necessary using the VALUE DIAL). Press F6 twice. 
JV30 Press CHORUS and REVERB (above INITIALIZE) simultaneously. Press VALUE UP. 
JV35 Press CONTROL and MASTER simultaneously. Press PARAMETER UP or DOWN to select ALL. Press VALUE UP. 
JV50 Press CONTROL and MASTER simultaneously. Press PARAMETER UP or DOWN to select ALL. Press VALUE UP. 
JV80 Power on while holding down the NUMBER 8 button (also labelled PERFORM and CAPS), press ENTER then press WRITE. 
JV880 Press UTILITY, then use the DATA DIAL to select FACTORY PRESET. Press ENTER twice. 
JV90 Power on while holding down the NUMBER 8 button (also labelled PERFORM and CAPS), press ENTER then press WRITE. 
JW50 Press TUNE/FUNCTION. Press F5 (FACTORY), then F4 (JW RESET), then F3 (GS RESET), then F4 (YES). 
JX1  Power on while holding down WRITE and FLUTE. 
JX10 NO RESET. 
JX3P NO RESET.
JX8P NO RESET
KF90  Press FUNCTION, touch SYSTEM, touch FACTORY RESET, touch EXECUTE, touch OK 
ROLAND KR100  RESETS ON POWER ON
ROLAND KR3000  HOLD FROM AND TO, THEN PRESS WRITE. 
ROLAND KR33  RESETS ON POWER ON
ROLAND KR350  HOLD LOAD AND SAVE, THEN PRESS WRITE. 
ROLAND KR3500  HOLD LOAD AND SAVE, THEN PRESS WRITE. 
ROLAND KR370  RESETS ON POWER ON
ROLAND KR4500  HOLD LOAD AND SAVE, THEN PRESS WRITE. 
ROLAND KR4700  HOLD LOAD AND EDIT, THEN PRESS SAVE. 
ROLAND KR-500  HOLD FROM AND TO, THEN PRESS WRITE. 
ROLAND KR5000  HOLD LOAD AND EDIT, THEN PRESS SAVE. 
ROLAND KR55  HOLD MIDI FUNCTION AND PRESS CARDS (5 SECONDS). 
ROLAND KR5500  HOLD LOAD AND SAVE, THEN PRESS WRITE. 
ROLAND KR650  HOLD LOAD AND SAVE, THEN PRESS WRITE. 
ROLAND LVC1N  HOLD ENTER BUTTON THEN POWER ON.
